Mr. Denis J. O’Connell is a Principal of
Metron Surveying & Mapping LLC. He has over 19 years experience
in Professional Surveying including 12 years in Southwest Florida.
EXPERIENCE AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Mr. O’Connell has experience in all areas
of professional surveying. A sample of Projects he has participated

Colonial Lakes. Survey Manager. Responsible for
surveying services for a 100 unit residential community including
Platting, Construction Staking and Plot Plans.
City of Cape Coral New City Hall Building. Survey
Manager responsible for parcel surveys and construction staking
for new building.
Copperhead. Survey Manager with Metron. Responsible
for construction staking for a golf course community in Lehigh
Acres.
Daniels Galleria East. Survey Manager. Responsible
for platting for a 16 acre commercial development with a roadway
and six development parcels.
